Michael Schustereit - President
A veteran of the US Armed Forces, Michael Schustereit, brings in the experience to the team. He has about 25 years of experience in Project Management. He has led projects for BP in over 60+ countries across the world. Michael also has previous experience of starting up businesses in the US. He has worked in Testengeer, Inc., Flint Hills Resources and Govind Development apart from BP. He also has experience leading SaaS projects involving developing new methods for water conservation.
Vaibhav Pitale - COO
A Professional Engineer in the making, Vaibhav Pitale brings in the enthusiasm of youth to the team. He has about 10 years of experience working in the Civil Construction industry in both, the United States of America and India. Vaibhav started his career in the US working with the Texas Department of Transportation and then went on to work and lead other projects in the Industrial sector, the Commercial sector and the Residential sector.
Our organization has a good mix of experience and youth. Saffron Construction will have a very horizontal upper management with more emphasis on succeeding as a team.
